Delivery period:
- The shipping time for most of the products is 6 to 8 working days (8 to 10 working days for countries in Northern Europe). Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).
- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, not during holidays or weekends.
- Delivery times start counting from the moment your order payment is confirmed. When the payment is by card or PayPal, the confirmation is immediate, but if the payment is made by transfer the order will be processed as soon as we receive the transfer (if you want to expedite the process you can make an account deposit since in that case the payment confirmation is immediate).
- For some products delivery times may vary; in those cases the delivery time will always appear on the product page.
Deliveries
- We work mainly with DHL and TNT to try to guarantee the reliability of the delivery times.
Shipping costs
- Since we are based in Spain, countries that do not belong to the European Union, do not pay VAT on our website, but once the order arrives, customers will receive a payment notification to pay VAT in their country (Custom Fees). If these taxes are not paid by the customer, the order will be returned to the sender and the client will have to pay the importation fees. This applies to the following countries, which will have to pay a flat shipping tax of:
- Norway: 59.95€
- UK: 59.95 €
- Switzerland: 59.95 €
- The following countries will have to pay a flat shipping tax of 49.95€ + VAT on our website:
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
- The following countries will have to pay 25 € + VAT on our website. For these countries orders above 300€ + VAT get free delivery.
- Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Sweden.
VERY IMPORTANT
In some exceptional cases the products may suffer a lack of stock and the shipment may be delayed.
